About New Butterfly, LLC

 

I am excited that you landed here. I imagine you want to know a little bit about me.

​

Well, I am a child of God! I strive to serve through Him.  All that I am and all that I will be are because of Jesus Christ.  He knows I have been, and will forever be, a work in progress. I'm so happy I get a new beginning – each day!  I’m on a journey everyday and I’ve been on this New Butterfly journey for a long time. 

​

I earned my Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Business & Organizational Development from Spring Arbor University, while working full-time and raising a family.  (I know what it's like to juggle life, and push through when times are challenging). I have excelled in various complex leadership roles and as a project manager within major healthcare organizations. I have partnered closely with C-Suite leaders for most of my career. I have successfully led large teams and expertly managed high-level successful projects and system implementations. I am an expert at program development and process improvement. And I have  consistently achieved full optimization and attainable, sustainable results in the healthcare industry.

Finding support in corporate America can be challenging.  African American women, particularly, face a multitude of challenges and disparities in corporate America. My  journey was no exception. That being said, it is important for me to serve and coach others. Given my "corporate" experience and success and my desire to help others on their personal paths, I felt compelled to use my talents and launch my own business. I had carried the coaching and consulting dream for many years.

I was destined to coach and mentor individuals; especially African-American women who want to build confidence, "find their way", excel, and experience their full potential, professionally or personally.  I wish I knew about life coaches when I was trying to figure things out as a younger woman. But, I believe that my life, up to this point has been just the way God intended it to be.  So, I embrace that fact, and partner with those who are seeking to live life to their fullest potential and "Transform from Within & Win!"

I use coaching and positive thinking methodology to help you have greater fulfillment in your personal life and or professional life. I believe that anyone willing to be honest about who they are and where they are currently in life, can close challenging gaps in their lives and experience true fulfillment.  I will support you along the way.  I can help you live a happier and stronger life - live life to the fullest!
